Patrol and Response Services

Mobile Patrol
Our uniformed response officers, in fully sign-written vehicles, provide
a mobile patrol service carrying out-of-hours visits and locking and
unlocking of buildings and premises. We operate a 24-hour service
that includes weekends and public holidays. The mobile patrol service
is designed to meet each individual client's requirements. This is
why a full site survey is produced with the prevention of crime and
the security to your premises in mind. This aim is the major reason
for choosing DCP mobile Patrol Services.
Key Holding / Alarm Response
We will arrange a mutual meeting where we will discuss the requirements
of the client and write site assignment instructions. This will be
followed up with a further meeting to agree instructions and collect
keys, alarm codes and other information. All client information will
be held at our 24-hour control centre with keys being held in security
sealed containers and locked inside the safe. Only qualified personnel
are allowed inside the control centre to issue keys, which are logged
in and out.
All alarm codes are kept and are only issued when
the response vehicle arrives at the site so the keys and codes are
not kept together. On receiving and activation our vehicle aims to
arrive at the clients premises within the designated twenty minutes,
but we all know that at times this is not possible due to road or
accident conditions.
Response Centre / Operations
Our 24-hour purpose built Response Centre, with full
communication, is used to ensure control of guards and the rapid response
vehicles at all times.
Our response vehicles are fully controlled by this
24-hour manned Response Centre and therefore able to respond immediately
should the need arise.
