Effective security services can only be achieved
through recognising the requirements of each individual client.
This is attained by establishing and maintaining
a close working relationship at the initial stages of a contract so
that the quality and level of services required can be planned and
implemented.
Our trained and experienced security surveyor will
carry out a full site inspection. From this visit the surveyor will
determine a combination of services that best reflects the needs of
the client.
A scheduled meeting will be arranged prior to the
commencement of the contract so that the full set of Assignment instructions
can be agreed upon and signed off.
It is this continual communication with the client
that ensures we deliver the best service possible.
Within the first two weeks of the start of the contract we will execute
a thorough inspection of the security officer's, equipment and systems
in place. This is an imperative step towards providing total client
satisfaction.
